Our programs and resources are organized into Career Launch Phases, to help you focus on the resources appropriate to your goals, preparation, and commitment. Your Veterans2Work account allows you to connect directly with some of these resources so that they can coordinate more effectively to support your career launch journey. ​

Career On-Ramps let you freely explore a field of interest, learn the basics and make the connections that will lead you into the Preparation phase, where, the focus is on qualifying you for your first job.

There are no prerequisites for On-Ramps and are easy to access. Typical time to earn the support that comes with the commitment in the Preparation phase On-Ramps to a Preparation program typically require 4-20 hours of self-paced training and

Professional Certificates

Qualify for a job in a high growth field on your own time and land a job in less than 6 months -- no experience necessary.  
Professional Certificates are offered by Google, IBM, Meta, Salesforce and other industry leaders. These certificates are deemed by a growing number of employers as equivalent to a four-year college degree and can fast-track you into your first job in one of several high-demand career fields.  Most of these certificates can be earned on your own time in 6 months or less--with no prior experience required. 

Professional Certificates provide you with foundational knowledge, help you build job confidence using real world tools and allow you to demonstrate to employers what you've learned.

The certificate curricula are designed and by the and offered through Coursera.  Coursera is constantly expanding its portfolio of Professional Certificates.
