Our programs and resources are organized into Career Launch Phases, to help you focus on the resources appropriate to your goals, preparation, and commitment. Your Veterans2Work account allows you to connect directly with some of these resources so that they can coordinate more effectively to support your career launch journey.
Career On-Ramps let you freely explore a field of interest, learn the basics and make the connections that will lead you into the Preparation phase, where, the focus is on qualifying you for your first job.
There are no prerequisites for On-Ramps and are easy to access. Typical time to earn the support that comes with the commitment in the Preparation phase On-Ramps to a Preparation program typically require 4-20 hours of self-paced training and

The Launch Preparation phase is focused on helping you obtain the credentials that will qualify you for an entry level job. Here, you'll be paired with one or more mentors with subject matter expertise who can guide your further training and connect you to employers and others who can help.
