Career Tracks are comprised of On-Ramps and Career Launch Programs. On-Ramps are self led curricula designed to give you a working feel for a particular field; Career Launch is an intensive, highly personalized program with the goal of preparing you for, and placing you into your first job. |

Career On-Ramps prepare the way to a career by giving you opportunities to "get your feet wet," to get support from experienced practitioners and to network with potential employers.
Career On-Ramps provide you an opportunity to find out about and take the first few steps down a career path that interests you. We have partnered with businesses and industry groups in high-growth sectors, such as Cloud Computing, Campaign Planning and Computer Networking to create these trailheads into the growth economy. On-Ramps let you get your feet wet without having to make a big commitment, while moving you toward your career goal. The On-Ramp also provides you with a way to interact with potential employers. |
The typical On-Ramp consists of self-paced training, experiential learning, individual mentoring and basic support. Total time commitment is between 4 and 20 hours, depending on the track, and may qualify you for certification. Upon completion, you receive a Certificate of Completion and qualify for the Career Launch phase.
