Warrior Integration Program—Quick Start for Employers
Providing ready access to the productive potential of America’s returning veterans
The Quick Start program is designed for companies wishing to establish a platform for efficient,
systematic access to the productive potential of veterans with limited prior experience or
challenging circumstances such as disabilities. Quick Start incorporates elements of our
comprehensive Warrior Integration Program, with an emphasis on meaningful results in the
short term while creating a solid foundation for long term success.
The Warrior Integration Program is focuses on practical aspects of recruitment, hiring, training
and assimilation of veterans whose limited prior experience, current circumstance or disabilities
pose challenges to securing suitable, post-service employment. These veterans already have
the qualities that companies prize—discipline, teamwork, maturity—but their military experience
doesn’t translate as compellingly as it does for officers and senior NCOs, whose job readiness
is more apparent to employers.
Quick Start focuses on closing real and perceived productivity gaps that stand in the way of
employers and target veterans quickly and efficiently establishing mutually productive
relationships by:
Assisting employers in developing, delivering and maintaining a framework for effective
veteran hiring / engagement.
Addressing the unique (re)integration needs of returning veterans, from recruiting, hiring
and on-boarding to on-the-job effectiveness and disability and career management.
Key features
Transition support to help returning and special needs veterans meet the challenges
unique to them and get them as quickly as possible to full productivity.
Flexible program design to complement and build upon company-provided, project-
specific training and support.
Cost recovery potential. Program costs can be significantly offset by tax incentives
other credits, (which will be entirely sourced and administered by Veterans2Work if
requested)
Results oriented. We will help you hire and on-board your initial recruits via our
proprietary databases, specialized job boards and a national network of more than 3,000
veteran sourcing contacts.
Ease of implementation. Designed for minimal disruption to existing organization.
Public relations support. We’ll help your marketing communications team get the
word out.
