Vet Reps: Improve your success rate

Veterans2Work is working actively with employers across the U.S. to create jobs for veterans, particularly for disabled vets. Employer companies use our veteran database to source candidates for jobs all over the country, including home-based customer service jobs in rural areas.

Veterans2Work recognizes that LVERs, DVOPs, Employment Coordinators and other veteran employment services representatives are on the front line of promoting veterans' job success.  We want to work with you to improve the placement and retention of our veterans. Encourage the veterans you're working with to register with us so that they will be considered for jobs that are available only through Veterans2Work. Wherever they live, we're creating good job opportunities for them!

Track your veterans' job success
Our national database is not only used by some of the most established employers to hire veterans, but it tracks placements by referral source. That means that any veteran you refer that is hired by one of our employer clients will be a "win" for you, too. Here's how to track the job success of your veterans.
  1. Tell your veteran job seekers to register on our website (http://www.veterans2work.org/user/register)
  2. Tell them to cite your office as the referring source. Our employers keep track of hires from our database.
  3. Every time a veteran is placed we will report the results to you.
  4. You share credit for placing a veteran that might otherwise have been lost in the system.

We continue to build our capabilities to complement the good work you are doing to improve the employability and job success of all our veterans, and we'd like to know how we can best support your work. Share your ideas with us (feedback@veterans2work.org).
