Our mission--to help returning veterans gain access to opportunities in the growth economy--is funded almost entirely by employers that understand the business benefits of a pragmatic approach to preparing returning veterans for careers in the growth economy. All of our services are provided free of charge to veterans and military spouses, on behalf of our corporate partners. At the same time, we help you improve your ability to take full advantage of veterans' full productive potential, through syndicated advertising, pinpoint marketing, aptitude-based job matching and custom training and program development.

Sponsors provide the bulk of our financial support. Their unrestricted funds allow us to focus on programs and initiatives that foster growth, impact and sustainability. Major sponsors include Workday Foundation, Salesforce.org, and Swords to Plowshares.
In addition to their financial support, Corporate Partners and their employees are directly involved in the fulfillment of our mission, through hands-on participation in events, individual mentoring and other volunteer initiatives that put them in direct touch with the veterans we serve.
Employer Partners help to finance the training and provide the workplace learning experience for one or more participants in our Career Launch programs.
